Key Responsibilities
  • Development of contemporary business application software, including web portals, transaction systems (OLTP), reporting and analysis systems (OLAP), and mobile applications.
  • End-to-end software development and maintenance, including the creation of interface concepts.
  • Deployment and oversight of cloud platforms and applications, alongside support and enhancement of web-based solutions.
  • Modification and expansion of cloud-based enterprise applications, as well as legacy and third-party systems.
  • Assessment of client requirements, software, database, and user interface design, development and testing, along with the creation of user and system documentation.
  • As a DevOps Consultant, you will impart your expertise through professional consulting, coaching, workshops, and training for developers, system specialists, and technical architects of our clients and partners.
Qualifications
  • A completed degree in computer science, business informatics, information management, or business engineering with a focus on IT, or a recognized IT specialist apprenticeship.
  • Essential knowledge and hands-on experience, preferably within the Oracle ecosystem: Service-oriented architectures, web services (SOAP, REST), and workflow technologies (BPEL, BPMN).

    Proficiency in XML technologies (XML, XSD, XPATH, XSLT).

    Familiarity with web development concepts, scripting languages, and frameworks (HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, Groovy, Angular, etc.).

    Experience with Java SE and Jakarta EE.

    Understanding of cross-functional process chains, including external partners.

    Integration of processes, applications, and data.

    Knowledge of security, identity, and compliance.
  • Desirable additional qualifications: Expertise in business process and data modeling, database and communication design.

    Basic or user-level knowledge in a business context.

    Database programming skills (SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, or similar tools).

    Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS and PaaS).

    Understanding of networking, connectivity, and edge services.
  • Responsible approach to digital technologies and AI, aimed at fostering sustainable user experiences.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to abstract and structure information, meticulous documentation practices, and proficiency in English, with German language skills being a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for project work, both domestically and internationally.
