We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our sales team as a Sales Intern. As a Sales Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team in Germany by reaching out to customers and prospects, explaining how our offerings can support their digital HR transformation journey, and driving customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our sales team during the sales cycle, including demand generation, sales planning, and customer meetings
  • Proactively manage creative social media activities on LinkedIn for HXM
  • Orchestrate different demand generation activities, including inbound and outbound
  • Responsibility for organizing events together with our different stakeholders
  • Internal communication creating materials for enablements, meetings, and latest news
  • Networking within the organization by supporting the sales team directly
  • Opportunity to come up with innovative ideas on how to best bring our products to our customers and get familiar with innovative technologies, HR processes, and sales tactics
  • Diving into the latest HR trends and challenges

Requirements:

  • Currently a student of a university or university of applied sciences (FH) with a focus on social media and communication, business administration, business informatics, psychology, media design, or related subjects
  • Fluency in both German and English is a must
  • First experiences with SAP internal systems is a plus
  • Presence in the office of Walldorf or Frankfurt is required

Skills and Competencies:

  • Analytical skills and the ability to grasp and work with complex concepts
  • Preparation of conceptual presentations
  • Experience with MS Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
  • Good communication and networking skills as well as the ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate
  • Creativity, motivation, and the ability to work in a structured and independent manner
  • Responsibility and the ability to drive topics open-mindedly and focused on the end-result
  • Basic knowledge of software sales and CRM-based processes is a plus
