Kitchen Manager

About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Compass Group Deutschland. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our school cafeteria in Leonberg.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food preparation and presentation
• Cash handling and point-of-sale operations
• Catering and vending services management
• Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning
• Staff supervision and training
• Administrative tasks and reporting

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Completed culinary or hospitality training
• Previous experience in kitchen management or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Team player with a flexible and reliable attitude
• Excellent German language skills
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in point-of-sale systems
