In the dual study program of Business Informatics, you will alternate between academic modules at the university and hands-on experiences with your employer. Diverse Responsibilities: Business Informatics is a multidisciplinary domain that merges information technology, business principles, and management strategies. Professionals in this field possess a blend of technical expertise, analytical capabilities, and strong communication and project management skills.
Three Qualifications in Three Years: Alongside your Bachelor's degree, you have the opportunity to earn a professional certification and become a qualified trainer within three years at DHSH. As a student of Business Informatics, you can select from various training programs such as IT Business Administrators (IHK), IT Specialists for System Integration (IHK), and IT Specialists for Application Development (IHK). The certification process through the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) occurs after 2.5 years.
Program Structure: The three-year study plan is divided into six semesters, each consisting of a practical component within the company (practical phase) and a theoretical component at the Dual University of Applied Sciences Schleswig-Holstein (theory phase).
