Your Responsibilities
- You will assist in shaping our content strategy and will be responsible for creating and producing innovative materials for both our digital and offline platforms, including social media, newsletters, websites, and press releases.
- You will enhance our media visibility, generate new leads, and increase brand recognition by distributing content through our CRM, website, or social media channels while monitoring the effectiveness of our campaigns.

- You will collaborate closely with external agencies for video and photo productions.
- You will stay attuned to current trends and transform these insights into valuable, target group-specific content.
- Over time, you will have the opportunity to take on additional marketing-related responsibilities and broaden your skill set across various areas.
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in digital media, communication sciences, journalism, or a related field.
- You possess 1-2 years of professional experience in creating content tailored to specific audiences.
- You are a skilled storyteller with a keen instinct for capturing the attention of our target demographic.
- You are proficient with digital tools and platforms such as WordPress, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- You demonstrate strong communication skills in both German and English.
- You have an excellent command of language in both written and spoken forms (German and English).
