Job Description

HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Oberkochen. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of projects in the Security Solutions area, including the development and delivery of complex optronic mission packages for border surveillance and coastal surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as electronics, telecommunications, or computer science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an international environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
