About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Researcher to join our team at the ATHENE-Center. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for conducting applied research projects in the field of IT security and cryptography.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development in the areas of IT security and cryptography, with a focus on post-quantum cryptography.
- Collaborate with our team of experts to design and implement secure systems and protocols.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to identify research opportunities and collaborate on projects.
- Write and publish research papers and reports on your findings.
- Present research results at national and international conferences.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong background in IT security and cryptography, with a focus on post-quantum cryptography.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, Assembler, or VHDL/Verilog.
- Experience with implementation attacks, including side-channel attacks.
- Knowledge of Python, Sage, LaTeX, Git, and Linux.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
