Sales Academy Support Intern

The global Care Enablement Sales Academy is dedicated to empowering our sales professionals and leaders with the essential knowledge, skills, and methodologies needed to drive growth and achieve success. Through innovative and comprehensive learning programs, we aim to cultivate a culture of sales excellence and support our teams in reaching their objectives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Academy Lead in various initiatives.
  • Support the Curriculum Lead in developing educational content.
  • Engage in project-related activities, including Curriculum Phase II and Learning Needs Analysis.
  • Contribute to project management tasks, such as maintaining weekly status reports and project plans.
  • Organize events, including training schedules and related logistics.
  • Aid in the editing and standardization of presentations and training materials.

Your Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in full-time studies in economics or IT.
  • Proficient in both German and English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong command of MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication abilities.

Working Conditions

  • Duration: 6-12 months, with the possibility of extension.
  • Weekly working hours: approximately 20 hours.
