Sales Academy Support Intern

The global Care Enablement Sales Academy is dedicated to empowering and equipping sales professionals and leaders within our organization with the essential knowledge, skills, competencies, and methodologies necessary to drive sustainable growth and achieve success.
Through innovative and comprehensive learning programs, we aim to cultivate a culture of sales excellence and confidence, supporting our teams in reaching their objectives.
As a working student, you will have the chance to contribute to an internationally operating team and play a significant role in advancing the Sales Academy project agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Academy Lead in various initiatives.
  • Support the Curriculum Lead in developing training materials.
  • Engage in project-related activities, including Curriculum Phase II, Learning Needs Analysis, and the Value-Based Selling Program.
  • Manage project organization tasks, such as preparing weekly status reports and maintaining project plans.
  • Plan and coordinate events, including training schedules.
  • Aid in the editing and standardization of presentations and training resources.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in full-time studies in economics or IT.
  • Proficient in both German and English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong command of MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication abilities.

Additional Information

  • Duration: 6-12 months, with the possibility of extension.
  • Working hours: Approximately 20 hours per week.
