Als HR Business Partner sind Sie ein wichtiger Teil des Teams, das die Zukunft von Bayer gestaltet. Sie unterstützen unsere Führungskräfte bei der Umsetzung von HR-Zielen und arbeiten eng mit ihnen zusammen, um Talent, Diversität und Leistungskultur zu fördern.

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Sicherstellen, dass die Implementierung und Anwendung von Bayer-Personalrichtlinien für die lokale juristische Einheit erfolgt
  • Arbeiten mit Führungskräften zusammen, um Talent, Diversität und Leistungskultur zu fördern
  • Leiten lokale Talentmanagement-Initiativen gemäß globaler Strategie
  • Tragen Mitverantwortung für strategische Personalplanung und unterstützen im Rekrutierungsprozess
  • Sicherstellen, dass die Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Bestimmungen und die Durchführung von Betriebsratsverhandlungen erfolgen
  • Gestalten organisatorische Veränderungen aus HR-Perspektive und unterstützen bei Personalfragen
  • Wirken an Betriebsvereinbarungen mit und unterstützen HR-Projekte zur Zielerreichung
  • Unterstützen Führungskräfte bei der Umsetzung von HR-Zielen basierend auf Budgetvorgaben

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master/Diplom) in BWL, Psychologie oder Rechtswissenschaften mit HR-Schwerpunkt oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich
  • Umfangreiche HR-Berufserfahrung sowie vertiefte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, Tarifrecht und Betriebsvereinbarungen
  • Verkörpern der Bayer LIFE-Werte: Führung, Integrität, Flexibilität und Effizienz
  • Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick und Kundenorientierung
  • Erlebnisse in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern und die Bewältigung komplexer Situationen
  • Ein guter allgemeiner Geschäftssinn, MS Office und SAP-HR sowie Deutsch in Wort und Schrift auf hohem Niveau und gute Englischkenntnisse (B1)
