Your Role

Guardian Glass is seeking an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to enhance our operations and support our workforce.

This facility employs a dedicated team and this position is pivotal in fostering strong connections with employees and leadership while empowering managers to evolve alongside the organization.

The HR Business Partner will play a vital role in cultivating a positive workplace culture and enhancing our talent strategy to align with business objectives. Responsibilities will encompass various HR functions including talent evaluations, advising and mentoring supervisors on policies, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

Establish credibility and trust with both staff and management Collaborate with plant leadership to realize their strategic goals and drive performance Offer guidance on change management and professional development Innovate by automating HR processes and utilizing shared resources across the organization Focus strategically on attracting, selecting, nurturing, and retaining motivated talent Foster a supportive work environment for all employees Engage in partnership and collaboration with employee representatives and unions

Qualifications

Proven experience collaborating with business leaders to create and implement strategies Experience in developing leadership capabilities Background in HR roles with a solid understanding of HR processes (recruitment, performance evaluation, talent management, change initiatives, etc.) Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in a manufacturing setting Supervisory experience
