Job Overview

In the role of Wafertest Specialist, you will play a crucial part in supporting various departments within a fully continuous 24/7 shift system. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the processing and scheduling of upcoming batches in the areas of parameter and wafer testing.

Additionally, you will contribute to the analysis of process results and prepare individual process approvals. Your extensive responsibilities will also include the preparation of production equipment and coordination with manufacturing management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution and scheduling of wafer testing processes.
  • Assist in evaluating process outcomes and preparing necessary documentation for process approvals.
  • Prepare production systems and coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Engage in proactive error prevention using statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis of test results.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and resolution of issues in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focusing on quality, cost efficiency, and equipment performance.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completed technical vocational training with several years of experience in semiconductor production, preferably in wafer testing.
  • Personal Attributes: Team-oriented, adaptable, motivated, strong communication skills, and willingness to work in a fully continuous shift system.
  • Work Style: Independent and responsible work approach with a results-driven mindset, emphasizing reliability and quality.
  • Skills: Vocational training, practical experience in semiconductor manufacturing, particularly in wafer testing, and familiarity with production methodologies such as 5S, SPC, and FDC are desirable.
  • Languages: Proficient in German, with basic knowledge of English considered an advantage.
