Ihre Aufgaben:

Als Softwareentwickler Industrial Communication bei Festo SE & Co. KG sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von echtzeitfähiger Software für Embedded Systeme in C und C++ mit Fokus auf die industrielle Kommunikation.

  • Analysieren Sie Kundenanforderungen gemeinsam mit dem Produktmanagement und verfassen Sie Konzepte und Spezifikationen.
  • Entwickeln Sie sehr gute Kenntnisse über Entwicklungsmethodik, SW Life-Cycle Management und Software Testing Strategien.
  • Weiterentwickeln und pflegen Sie die Software-Exzellenz für die Produktentwicklung von embedded Geräten im industriellen Umfeld.
  • Modellieren und erstellen Sie echtzeitfähige Software für Mehrprozessorsysteme, unter Berücksichtigung des Life-Cycle Management.
  • Entwickeln Sie Softwarearchitekturen und Teststrategien für Systeme für die Industrie mit funktionaler Sicherheit.
  • Verantworten Sie die Softwarequalität und Richtlinien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Zentralabteilung.
  • Planen, erstellen und durchführen Sie Unit-, Modul-, Integrations- und Systemtests, sowie die Abstimmung mit der Test-Abteilung.
  • Erstellen Sie die Entwicklungsdokumentation und unterstützen Sie bei der Produktbeschreibung.
  • Koordinieren Sie interne und externe Partner.
Ihre Qualifikationen:

Als idealer Kandidat für diese Position sollten Sie:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Software-Technik, Technische Informatik oder Elektrotechnik bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung für ein komplexes Produkt-Portfolio mit langjähriger Produktpflege, hohe Expertise zu Releasemanagement, Bugfix-Strategien, Kompatibilitätsmanagement, Qualitätsmetriken.
  • Hohe Expertise mit ARM-Cortex-Mikrocontroller und in der objektorientierten Programmierung in C++ sowie deren Tools und Entwicklungsumgebungen.
  • Gute Kenntnisse über die gängigen industriellen Kommunikationslösungen wie EtherCAT, PROFINET oder EtherNet/IP und deren Host-Systeme.
  • Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Software für die funktionale Sicherheit wünschenswert.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Hohe Methodenkompetenz und Affinität für agile Entwicklungsmethoden.
  • Sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und Kostenbewusstsein.
  • Hohes Maß an Organisationsvermögen sowie eigenverantwortliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
