Outbound Product Manager

As the Outbound Product Manager (m/f/d), you will oversee the product discovery and market introduction processes to launch EGYM ecosystem products in new territories. If you are driven by creating rapid customer value and enhancing business growth through market entry, we invite you to consider this opportunity within our Product team.
- Expertise in EGYM Ecosystem: Reporting to the Director of Product, you will collaborate closely with the Product Management team to develop a deep understanding of the EGYM ecosystem, product strategy, and roadmap.
- Market Expansion Oversight: As part of the market expansion group, you will manage the pipeline of new and upcoming markets, planning the launch of EGYM products accordingly.
- Product Compliance and Usability Analysis: You will lead the discovery process to identify specific compliance, usability, or demographic requirements for both hardware and software products in new markets.
- Development Effort Evaluation: Collaborating with Compliance, Product Management, and Engineering teams, you will assess and estimate the development efforts required for product specifications in new markets and manage their implementation.
- Go-to-Market Strategy Management: You will oversee the complete go-to-market strategy for launching EGYM products in new countries, working in tandem with relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Support for Product Launches: You will assist in product launches for new clients in expanding markets, ensuring successful initial deployments.
- Product Management Experience: You possess over 3 years of experience in product management, product operations, or program management, with a proven track record of launching products in international fitness markets.
- Stakeholder Engagement Skills: You have strong stakeholder engagement abilities, with experience in collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
- Self-Motivation and Accountability: You are a self-driven professional capable of working independently, demonstrating a strong sense of accountability.
- Adaptability and Ambiguity Management: You thrive in ambiguous situations and can adapt to changing environments while balancing competing demands from various stakeholders.
- Proficiency Across All Levels: You are comfortable working at all levels, from product vision and strategy to detailed execution.
- Willingness to Travel: You are prepared to travel up to 50% of your time to developing markets for EGYM across various regions.
- Communication Proficiency: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comprehensive Understanding: You will develop a thorough understanding of the entire EGYM ecosystem and its offerings.
- Building Collaborative Relationships: You will establish strong partnerships with various stakeholders to align product direction and communication regarding market strategies.
- Representation of Product Organization: You will represent the product organization and assist EGYM customer-facing teams with new customer opportunities requiring product expertise.
