Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Quality and Safety: Implement and maintain quality and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Customer Service: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, meeting customer expectations and requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within a warehouse or distribution environment, preferably in the E-commerce and FMCG sectors.
- Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as experience with WMS systems.
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, and relevant certifications such as Lean or Six Sigma.
