Internship/Working Student in Global Employer Branding

Your Role:
- Innovate and Create: Participate in the development of marketing materials including print, merchandise, digital content, and social media outreach, while assisting in the global assessment and updating of digital print assets.
- Lead Campaigns: Help organize and implement campaigns designed to elevate our employer brand, including out-of-home advertising, Google paid campaigns, and social media initiatives.
- Collaborative Spirit: Work alongside the team to design and execute marketing strategies aimed at attracting emerging talent and professionals, with a focus on diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Networking Opportunities: Collaborate with various departments such as Recruitment, Vocational Training, Talent Programs, and Branding, enhancing your professional network.
Your Profile:
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Economics, or a related field with an emphasis on Marketing, Human Resources, or Digital Media.
- Previous Experience: Practical experience as an intern or working student is preferred.
- Communication Skills: You should be able to articulate ideas clearly, with a flair for creative writing and strong grammar.
- Independent Thinker: You enjoy working autonomously and are not hesitant to share and implement your ideas.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in both German and English, with strong written and verbal skills.

Additional Information:
- Work Schedule: Part-time positions are available, with a maximum of 20 hours per week during the academic term.
- Eligibility: Candidates must be enrolled in their studies and should not have completed their examination results or modules, allowing for at least 6 months of collaboration.
