Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parcel Delivery Specialist. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of parcels to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload parcels from delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Delivery and Customer Service: Deliver parcels to customers in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition at all times.
  • Language and Communication: Possess good knowledge of German, with English as an alternative. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Driving and Safety: Hold a valid Class B driving license and be willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Certifications and Clearances: Possess a clear police clearance certificate and demonstrate reliability, diligence, and an independent work ethic.
