YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a key point of contact for management, executives, and staff regarding all HR-related matters, particularly concerning contractual issues.
- Oversee payroll processes in collaboration with the team.
- Maintain high service standards in daily operations, especially in drafting employment contracts and addressing written staff inquiries.
- Engage actively in daily operational tasks.
- Assist the Regional Human Resources Manager in the ongoing enhancement and digital transformation of processes and systems.
- Design and implement employee development initiatives.
- Act on behalf of the Regional Human Resources Manager during their absence.
- Lead strategic HR projects.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, (Business) Psychology, or a related field with a focus on HR, or equivalent vocational training.
- Initial experience in an HR management or deputy role.
- Familiarity with collective agreements is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient IT skills, particularly with the MS Office suite.
- Ability to work independently, responsibly, and in a structured manner.
- Professional interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, characterized by a confident, warm, and friendly demeanor.
