YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a key point of contact for management, executives, and staff regarding all HR-related matters, particularly concerning contractual issues.
  • Oversee payroll processes in collaboration with the team.
  • Maintain high service standards in daily operations, especially in drafting employment contracts and addressing written staff inquiries.
  • Engage actively in daily operational tasks.
  • Assist the Regional Human Resources Manager in the ongoing enhancement and digital transformation of processes and systems.
  • Design and implement employee development initiatives.
  • Act on behalf of the Regional Human Resources Manager during their absence.
  • Lead strategic HR projects.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, (Business) Psychology, or a related field with a focus on HR, or equivalent vocational training.
  • Initial experience in an HR management or deputy role.
  • Familiarity with collective agreements is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly with the MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently, responsibly, and in a structured manner.
  • Professional interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, characterized by a confident, warm, and friendly demeanor.
