Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Manager (d/m/w) to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for:
- Personnel planning for 35 drivers/27 trucks
- Disposition and monitoring of our company-owned truck fleet
- Maintenance of delivery capacity and adherence to deadlines
- Coordination between the logistics and sales departments
- Target-oriented leadership, motivation, and development of approximately 34 drivers
- Conducting training sessions
- Monitoring and controlling department performance using key performance indicators
Requirements
- Experience in tour planning or fleet management
- Experience in leadership and personnel management
- Technical understanding
- Class C driver's license
- Good knowledge of warehouse management and logistics systems, Microsoft Office
- You are communicative, assertive, and team-oriented
- Confident in negotiations with customers
