Logistics and Project Management Internship

The global supply chain and logistics team at Bayer is responsible for a variety of strategic and operational projects within the pharmaceutical and consumer health industry. Our team engages in cross-functional exchanges early in the product development process to ensure that a new product is transported and stored based on the best and most sustainable solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team regarding project management in the area of logistics and supply chain management
  • Assist in the development of project plans, monitoring project progress and deliverables
  • Prepare presentations and status updates
  • Support data analysis and evaluation, as well as present the developed analyses in a clear and concise manner
  • Conduct internal and external research on various topics, especially in the field of digital, technical, and sustainable logistics solutions for new Bayer products

Requirements

  • Ongoing Master's degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on logistics, supply chain management, or similar
  • Experience in project management in an international environment is desirable
  • Interest and initial work experience in the areas of supply chain management and logistics
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package (especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), further knowledge of analysis and visualization tools would be an advantage
  • Ability to work creatively, analytically, and in a structured manner
  • Strong communication skills and interest in working with international colleagues from a wide range of functions and disciplines
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
