Job Summary:

Nordex Group is seeking a highly skilled HSE Coordinator to promote a culture of safety and sustainability across all Blades HSE plants worldwide. As a key member of the team, you will develop and implement action plans to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain HSE policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures
  • Collaborate with local teams to implement HSE requirements and activities
  • Supervise and audit Nordex Blades plants and third-party suppliers to ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and Nordex HSE policy
  • Lead data collection and reporting on HSE parameters
  • Assess and approve hazardous materials and develop plans to eliminate products from the HazMats Black list

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field (Engineering or similar technical degree) with Health and Safety Advisor Training
  • High English language proficiency
  • Desirable: at least 2 years of experience in a Health, Safety, and Environment specialist role
  • Proficiency in using business systems and experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
