HSE Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an HSE Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety measures during manufacturing processes and assembly, including environmental topics, and participating in HSE improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and control HSE systems during the manufacturing process and erection on sites
  • Ensure adherence to HSE guidelines and implement company's HSE management system
  • Detect anomalies or deficiencies in occupational health and safety and participate in internal organization and planning
  • Coordinate production process to ensure preventive actions are applied by staff
  • Promote and maintain HSE best practices
  • Investigate work accidents and report to appropriate managers
  • Supervise environmental processes and ensure compliance
  • Verify HSE standards are met by workers in manufacturing areas
  • Propose safe operations compatible with effective manufacturing and assembly

Requirements:

  • Engineering education with Master in HSE or similar studies
  • Experience in concrete/manufacturing environment, HSE-field and or construction control and supervision services
  • Higher level courses in occupational risk prevention
  • Knowledge of construction techniques (materials, systems, and construction processes)
  • Knowledge of country HSE law and the application of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
  • Good capacity for teamwork and proactive profile
  • Good communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good work organization skills
  • Fluent in English and German

The position requires willingness to travel to the concrete tower factories and sites throughout Germany during the week.
