Your Role as a Tool & Equipment Management Specialist
As a key member of their team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of their tool inventory and management processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date article master data within SAP.
- Procuring tools and equipment from reliable suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Overseeing and managing the performance of automated tool dispensing machines, optimizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
- Meticulously recording all incoming and outgoing tool transactions, maintaining a comprehensive inventory log.
- Generating detailed lists and shipping documents for efficient tool distribution and tracking.
Your Profile
To excel in this role, you will possess:
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a tool management or related field.
- A strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of machining processes and tooling principles.
- Proficiency in using SAP and other relevant software applications.
- In-depth knowledge of warehousing and logistics best practices.
