About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Welding Specialist to join our team at UZ Personal GmbH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality welding products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manufacture welding products according to specifications
  • Operate and maintain welding equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Inspect and test products to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet production deadlines and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training in a relevant field (e.g. metalworking, industrial mechanics)
  • Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
