Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the coordination of logistics and transportation operations.
Key Accountabilities:- Ensure seamless communication with drivers and customers to prevent disruptions in transportation schedules.
- Manage personnel and shift schedules in accordance with legal requirements and client directives.
- Participate in on-call duties, monitor expenses and travel costs, and provide regular reports and statistics.
- Coordinate workshop and training schedules to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Review scheduling proposals for compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain a comprehensive overview of daily and weekly planning, and proactively respond to changes.
- Completed commercial education and relevant work experience preferred.
- Proactive work style, excellent communication skills, and strong improvisational ability.
- Organizational and planning skills, solution-oriented mindset, and implementation strength.
- Ability to focus on priorities even in stressful situations, with high commitment and flexibility.
