Corteva Agriscience, a leading agriculture company, is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Seed Applied Technology (SAT) portfolio in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and market share through effective product strategy implementation, portfolio management, and key account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the SAT product strategy to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Lead the local portfolio team (LPCT) for SAT, ensuring alignment with regional and global goals.
- Manage the marketing mix for the SAT portfolio, including pricing, promotion, and product development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and customer service teams, as well as external partners and customers.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement business plans to capitalize on new market opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Act as a national Centre of Excellence for the SAT category, providing expertise and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Agricultural Sciences or a related field, with over five years of experience in the crop protection industry in Germany.
- Excellent knowledge of the German crop protection and seed treatment market.
- Profound expertise in product marketing and portfolio management.
- Strong strategic, innovative, and customer-focused mindset, with the ability to envision future market trends and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in German and English.
