About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team at ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing modern and complex software solutions for our radar algorithms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development: Design and develop software solutions that meet the requirements of our radar algorithms, ensuring high-quality and reliability.
  • Requirements Engineering: Create and maintain software requirements, ensuring that they are clear, concise, and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Software Testing: Conduct thorough testing and error analysis to ensure that our software solutions meet the required standards.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for our software solutions, including source code and software design documents.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our software solutions meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in software development, with a focus on front-end and back-end development.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Ada, and/or Java, as well as good knowledge of simulating mathematical models in MATLAB.
  • Process Knowledge: Knowledge of V-Model and agile (Scrum) software development processes.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
