About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team at ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing modern and complex software solutions for our radar algorithms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development: Design and develop software solutions that meet the requirements of our radar algorithms, ensuring high-quality and reliability.
  • Requirements Engineering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document software requirements, ensuring that they are clear, concise, and testable.
  • Software Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of software solutions to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of software solutions, including design documents, technical notes, and user manuals.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with several years of experience in software development.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Ada, and/or Java, as well as experience with simulating mathematical models in MATLAB.
  • Software Development Methodologies: Knowledge of V-Model and agile (Scrum) software development processes.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
