About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team at Laserhub. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our account managers to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions, sales performance, and pipeline growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the metal industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
