Ihre Aufgabe:

Im Rahmen des Betriebs und der Überwachung der Galileo Satellitenkonstellation sind verschiedene sicherheitsrelevante Anforderungen zu erfüllen, die von der Europäischen Kommission vorgegeben werden. Sowohl die Infrastruktur als auch das System selbst müssen gemäß diesen Vorgaben zertifiziert werden. In der Rolle des Certification Engineer tragen Sie entscheidend zum Akkreditierungsprozess bei und gewährleisten somit den reibungslosen Betrieb der Satellitenkonstellation. Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen:

  • Evaluierung der Betriebs- und Bodeninfrastrukturen hinsichtlich ihrer Leistungsfähigkeit und Übereinstimmung mit den relevanten Anforderungen des Galileo-Projekts sowie der IT- und Cyber-Sicherheit
  • Analyse der Wirksamkeit und Effizienz von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
  • Durchführung und Beratung bei Schwachstellen- und Risikoanalysen
  • Erstellung von Berichten zur Anforderungsüberprüfung und Risikobewertung für Gremien und Sicherheitsmanager
  • Teilnahme an Vorstandssitzungen
  • Übermittlung von Datenpaketen an Kunden und zuständige Behörden sowie Unterstützung im Akkreditierungsprozess
  • Dokumentationsmanagement einschließlich der Aufbereitung notwendiger Unterlagen zu festgelegten Zeitpunkten
  • Mitwirkung an und Verbesserung des Sicherheitsbewusstseinsprogramms
  • Auswertung der Sicherheitsdokumentation und entsprechende Klassifizierung
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt IT-Sicherheit oder Cyber-Security oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Sicherheit oder Cyber-Security
  • Technisches Fachwissen über IT-Systeme und Sicherheitsmechanismen, idealerweise in Raumfahrt- oder Verteidigungsprojekten
  • Kenntnisse von Prüfstandards (wie ISO) und Prüfungstechniken
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement und in der Dokumentation
  • Gutes Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Analytische, strukturierte und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Vertraulichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Sicherheitsüberprüfung gemäß SÜG
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen

Zusätzliche Qualifikationen, die von Vorteil sind:

  • Kenntnisse nationaler gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie internationaler Standards im Bereich Informationssicherheit (z.B. Geheimschutz in der Wirtschaft, NIST, ISO 27001)
  • Vertrautheit mit der aktuellen Sicherheitslage und bestehenden Bedrohungen
  • Kenntnisse des sicherheitsrelevanten Netzwerks des Galileo Kontrollzentrums sind wünschenswert
  • Bewusstsein für Datensicherheit
  • Zertifizierungen im Bereich IT-Sicherheit, z.B. CompTIA, TeleTrust, ISC2 oder ISACA
  • Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache
