We are seeking a highly skilled Verification and Certification Engineer to join our team at K-tronik GmbH. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of our drive system and its components throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Specification and support of validation and verification activities for the system
- Interaction with multidisciplinary teams and departments to define, document, and execute V&V activities
- Creation of test plans and execution with the test team
- Management of requirements through their lifecycle and ensuring full verification
- Negotiation with certification authorities for compliance means, qualification, and certification activities
- Creation of certification strategies and compliance reports
- Development and maintenance of V&V processes and procedures
- University degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the aviation industry
- Experience in verification/certification of aircraft propulsion systems, preferably CS-E, CS/FAR-23, -25, or -27
- Experience in planning, development, and management of V&V activities
- Practical experience in propulsion test activities highly appreciated
- Knowledge of Part 21J content and requirements
- Fluency in English
