About You and This Role

We are currently looking for a Production Associate to join our production team at our modern facility.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing silicone elastomers, including production preparation, raw material delivery, machine setup, production, and packaging, while strictly adhering to established work instructions and machine operation guidelines.
• Daily cleaning and waste separation.
• Ensuring accurate waste reporting.
• Managing and processing production documentation correctly.
• Verifying the accuracy and condition of raw materials before use.
• Conducting necessary maintenance, control, and repair tasks.
• Learning and operating all processes and equipment in the relevant areas.
• Participating in various training sessions (technical, processes, analyses, and safety training).
• Attending team meetings.

Qualifications

• Team spirit and willingness to collaborate closely with other team members.
• Flexibility and a sense of responsibility.
• Cost and safety awareness.
• Practical skills and technical understanding.
• Proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Vocational training in chemistry, mechanics, or logistics is desirable.
• Experience with Siemens PCS7 process control systems is an advantage.
