About You and This Role
We are currently looking for a Production Associate to join our production team at our modern facility.
Responsibilities
- Manufacturing silicone elastomers, including production preparation, raw material delivery, machine setup, production, and packaging, while strictly adhering to established work instructions and machine operation guidelines.
- Daily cleaning and waste separation.
- Ensuring accurate waste reporting.
- Managing and processing production documentation correctly.
- Verifying the accuracy and condition of raw materials before use.
- Conducting necessary maintenance, control, and repair tasks.
- Learning and operating all processes and equipment in the relevant areas.
- Participating in various training sessions (technical, processes, analyses, and safety training).
- Attending team meetings.
Qualifications
- Team spirit and willingness to collaborate closely with other team members.
- Flexibility and a sense of responsibility.
- Cost and safety awareness.
- Practical skills and technical understanding.
- Proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to work shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Vocational training in chemistry, mechanics, or logistics is desirable.
- Experience with Siemens PCS7 process control systems is an advantage.
