Job Title: Automation Engineer

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement automation solutions to optimize production systems and processes
  • Conduct thorough safety analyses and implement measures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Continuously improve automation systems to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Manage projects with external companies and departments, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Design, develop, and commission PLC programs to automate production processes

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • Experience in automation technology, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of PLCs, circuit diagram creation, and robotics
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work with various software tools
  • Fluency in German and good English skills
  • Certification as a Responsible Electrical Specialist is a plus
