About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Support Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and verify order details
  • Manage inventory levels and track stock movements
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers
Requirements
  • Completed commercial education or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales support is an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to recognize connections and manage interfaces
