Job Title: Sales Associate - Flooring Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate - Flooring Specialist to join our team at toom, a leading retailer of flooring products. As a Sales Associate - Flooring Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our extensive range of flooring solutions.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice to customers on our flooring products, including laminate, vinyl, and carpets
  • Ensure that our sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing, with products displayed in an attractive and organized manner
  • Process customer orders efficiently and effectively, ensuring that customers receive their products on time
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement
Your Qualifications:
  • Experience in retail or related fields, preferably in sales or customer service
  • Strong knowledge of flooring products, including their features, benefits, and applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable with digital tools and inventory management systems
