We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a:

Business Analyst - SAP (m/f/d) in a full-time capacity

YOUR ROLE - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the implementation and rollout of SAP for our B2B and B2C operations
  • Engage in template development, user acceptance testing, and go-live initiatives
  • Design, evaluate, and implement modifications to processes and related documentation
  • Participate in workshops, assess processes and systems, and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Prepare and conduct training sessions for Super and End Users, ensuring comprehensive documentation and user competence
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, emphasizing effective communication and feedback

YOUR PROFILE - REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Extensive experience with SAP, particularly in logistics or supply chain management
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and Visio
  • Excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a desire to learn
  • Fluency in English; familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Refa, or similar methodologies is advantageous
