Business Analyst in Logistics and Distribution

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a:

Business Analyst - SAP (m/f/d) in a full-time capacity

In the role of Business Analyst - SAP, you will be integral to our EMEA Distribution Center, playing a pivotal part in our supply chain operations. We are embarking on a significant transformation to implement SAP S/4HANA as our new ERP system, and your expertise in SAP will be essential in guiding us through this journey.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the deployment of SAP solutions for our B2B and B2C operations
  • Engage in template development, user acceptance testing, and go-live preparations
  • Design, evaluate, and implement changes to processes and their documentation
  • Participate in workshops, assess processes and systems, and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Prepare and conduct training sessions for Super and End Users, ensuring comprehensive documentation and user competence
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, emphasizing effective communication and feedback

YOUR PROFILE

  • Extensive experience with SAP, particularly in logistics or supply chain management
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Visio
  • Excellent communication skills, a collaborative team player, and a proactive learner
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Refa, or similar methodologies is advantageous
