Responsibilities

We are seeking a working student (f/m/d) to assist the Product Learning team with various project-related tasks, reporting, quality assurance, and organizational responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting project management and reporting for Enablement Programs and Portfolio initiatives
  • Analyzing and consolidating research findings
  • Managing master data governance
  • Assisting in defining business requirements and documentation
  • Gaining experience with SAP HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Learning to utilize social media and knowledge management tools in a corporate setting
  • Aiding in the creation of presentations for various stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study include Computer Science, Business Studies, or Knowledge Management
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Familiarity with SQL, HTML, XML, and Java is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Language proficiency: fluent in English; German is a plus
  • Essential soft skills: teamwork, quick comprehension of business contexts, effective communication, and a keen interest in innovative communication methods within a virtual team
  • Excellent opportunity for on-the-job learning
