About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented working student to support our Product Learning team with project-related tasks, reporting, quality assurance, and organizational duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project management and reporting support for Enablement Programs and Portfolio topics
  • Analyze and consolidate research results to inform business decisions
  • Contribute to master data governance initiatives
  • Support the definition of business requirements specifications and documentation
  • Opportunity to work with SAP HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Develop skills in working with social media and knowledge tools in a corporate environment
  • Assist in the creation of presentations for end-users, colleagues, and managers

Requirements

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Business Studies, Knowledge Management
  • Computer skills: MS Office with focus on Excel & PowerPoint
  • Analytical skills: data analysis abilities & trends, effectiveness, problem handling & solving
  • SQL, HTML, XML, and Java skills are a plus but not necessary
  • Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
  • Soft skills: teamwork, fast understanding of business reasons, good communication skills, high interest in exploring new ways to effectively communicate within a virtual organization
