About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Controller to lead our Financial Operations team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Financial Operations team to ensure efficient and effective financial management
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize financial processes
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance, such as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV or SAP
