Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Accountant to join our team in Haren, Germany. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to management and other stakeholders

• Relevant degree in accounting or finance, with a strong focus on financial analysis and reporting
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proficiency in MS Dynamics NAV or SAP, with experience in financial software and systems
