Candidate Profile:
We seek motivated individuals who have recently completed their second year of Bachelor studies and are available to work part-time while continuing their education, with the potential for full-time engagement during summer breaks and a subsequent 12-month full-time assignment.
Ideal candidates are curious, eager to learn, highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and are enthusiastic about sharing their ideas. A passion for the technology sector, along with proficiency in English and German, is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the EU Retail Channel Team to support the achievement of business objectives. This role provides numerous opportunities to learn from leading sales and marketing professionals while advancing your career.
- Assist the team in creating high-quality presentations and coordinating documentation.
- Track and analyze Top Account / Joint Business Plans, including return on investment assessments.
- Aid in the analysis of sales data using Tableau, identifying actionable insights for local Key Account Managers.
- Prepare and coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly team and customer meetings.
- Oversee the implementation of central programs, such as seasonal promotions.
- Contribute to the quarterly Retail newsletter.
- Support the generation of customer-specific reports, conducting analyses and proposing actionable recommendations.
- Ensure timely execution of critical activities across Europe, including new product introductions and annual operational planning submissions.
- Participate in the planning and execution of events, such as customer visits and training sessions.
- Share best practices within the team.
Required Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate the following skills:
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal; German language skills are advantageous.
- A structured and solution-oriented mindset.
- A self-motivated, dependable, and collaborative approach.
- Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective presentation skills using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Advanced Excel capabilities.
- Ability to monitor and report on the execution of activities and campaign outcomes.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales tools, such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Oracle, is a plus.
- Interest in driving and coordinating projects.
- Enthusiasm for trade marketing and online marketing data analysis.
- Knowledge of the consumer electronics industry is beneficial.
