Electrical Engineer/ Supervisor for VEFK

As an Electrical Engineer/ Supervisor for VEFK, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our electrical systems at Goodyear. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at enhancing our energy management and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Safety and Compliance: Uphold workplace health and safety standards while managing energy consumption effectively.
- System Development: Innovate and improve the electrical energy supply systems within the facility.
- Parts Management: Identify and select appropriate spare parts and materials necessary for machine repairs or upgrades.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of electrical stations and cable layouts.
- Infrastructure Reconstruction: Oversee the redesign of lighting systems, electrical stations, cable networks, and distribution setups.
- Project Coordination: Manage and supervise external contractors engaged in machine and equipment maintenance.
- Inspections: Conduct mandatory inspections on electrical systems and equipment to ensure compliance and safety.
- Project Management: Initiate, oversee, and manage projects, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- High-Voltage Operations: Execute cross-functional switching operations in high-voltage environments.
- Energy Efficiency: Engage in initiatives aimed at energy conservation and efficiency improvements.
- Procurement: Ensure timely ordering of materials while adhering to budget limitations.
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Certification for handling electrical systems up to 20 kV.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP software.
- Demonstrated reliability, strong teamwork capabilities, and analytical skills.
