About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer/ Master to join our team at the Fürstenwalde location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the safety and environmental protection of our facilities and equipment
- Developing and expanding our high-voltage electrical systems
- Selecting replacement parts and materials to optimize maintenance and repairs
- Maintaining records and cable plans for our electrical stations
- Reconstructing lighting and electrical systems, including high-voltage distribution and cable networks
- Coordinating and supervising external contractors for equipment maintenance and repairs
- Organizing and conducting regular safety inspections and maintenance checks
- Initiating, overseeing, and executing projects, including budget control and handover
- Performing high-voltage switching operations
- Participating in energy-saving initiatives
- Ensuring timely and budget-friendly material procurement
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience as an Electrical Engineer/ Master with at least 5 years of experience in the industrial sector
- A high-voltage switching permit up to 20 kV
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with SAP
- Reliability, teamwork, and self-motivation
- Strong analytical skills
