Wir suchen einen engagierten Booking Operations Supervisor (m/w/d), der unser Team verstärkt und aktiv an der Transformation unseres Hauses mitwirkt. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung stehen verschiedene Positionen zur Verfügung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Leitung der Reservierungsabteilung und Entwicklung sowie Implementierung von Abteilungsstandards
  • Bearbeitung von eingehenden Anfragen und Reservierungen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Beherbergungsverträgen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung der Reservierungssysteme
  • Optimierung der Auslastung des Hotels
  • Sicherstellung und Kontrolle der Qualitäts- und Markenstandards
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem zentralen Revenue Management
  • Erstellung und Analyse von abteilungsrelevanten Statistiken
  • Pflege der Kunden- und Gästekontakte
  • Führung des Reservierungsteams
  • Erstellung von Dienst- und Urlaubsplänen
  • Mitverantwortung für die Ausbildung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Teilnahme an internen Besprechungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Hotellerie
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Reservierung oder Front Office
  • Ausgezeichnete Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Professionelles Auftreten und positive Ausstrahlung
  • Proaktive, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fundierte fachliche Kenntnisse
  • Ergebnisorientiertes Handeln
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse, idealerweise mit PMS Opera Cloud
  • Ausgeprägte Führungsfähigkeiten
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
