Join Our Team: We invite you to explore the opportunity to work within the Group Auditing - Risk Management, Underwriting & Information Technology division at Hannover Re. We are seeking a dedicated IT Auditor to become part of our dynamic team.

The Group Auditing department is committed to delivering independent and objective auditing and advisory services.

What You Can Expect:

  • Independent planning and execution of internal audits focusing on IT at our headquarters and across international locations.
  • Formulation of actionable recommendations derived from audit results.
  • Guidance for audited departments and monitoring the implementation of suggested improvements.
  • Tailored support and advice for newly established processes and systems.
  • Advancement of auditing methodologies and techniques.

Your Qualifications:

  • A completed degree in computer science, business IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing internal audits, preferably within an auditing firm or internal audit department.
  • Practical experience in auditing information technology.
  • Familiarity with modern IT environments, including cloud services, web applications, and SAP, along with a keen interest in emerging trends in technology.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and working knowledge of German.
  • A global perspective and willingness to undertake occasional international travel.
