Event Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of various events, including marketing materials, event planning, and on-site coordination.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as invitations, flyers, and social media posts
  • Help with event planning, including finding locations, organizing catering and technical equipment, and creating guest lists
  • Coordinate on-site events, ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction
  • Assist in the follow-up and documentation of events, including evaluations, KPI analysis, and feedback collection

Your Profile

  • You are in the final stages of your bachelor's or master's degree in event management, hotel, tourism, marketing, or a related field
  • You have relevant experience in event management, preferably through internships
  • You have a strong understanding of technology and experience with communication tools and platforms
  • You are a skilled organizer, communicator, and problem-solver
  • You are fluent in German and have a very good command of English
