Position Overview:
We are seeking a Compliance Assistant (m/f/d) to enhance our Compliance Department based in Aschheim (Munich). This role is crucial for ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Risk Identification:** Assist in recognizing compliance-related risks within the organization.
2. **Policy Development:** Contribute to the creation, enhancement, and submission of both global and local company policies, regulations, and process specifications.
3. **Training and Education:** Facilitate training sessions for employees and conduct compliance interviews.
4. **Monitoring Activities:** Oversee company and employee activities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
5. **Internal Communication:** Provide advice and maintain communication regarding compliance matters with the company and its subsidiaries, including oversight of compliance measures.
6. **Management System Development:** Aid in the advancement of the compliance management system and supervise compliance tasks across KYB Europe's subsidiaries.
7. **Reporting:** Prepare and execute compliance-related reports for top management and the parent company in Japan.
Qualifications:
- A degree or apprenticeship in law and/or business administration.
- Previous experience with regulatory requirements in compliance, gained through education or work in an international setting.
- Strong motivation to understand compliance management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of supporting a diverse multinational team.
- Proficiency in German (native or excellent skills) and high-level business English and Japanese, both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications.
