Position: Social Pedagogue / Social Manager (m/f/d) in Social and Accommodation Management
Location: Hamburg | Full or Part-time
Opportunity for Permanent Employment with F&W | Equal Pay from day one
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Offer guidance and support to residents, promoting their well-being and motivation
- Facilitate suitable housing arrangements for residents in partnership with stakeholders
- Address crises and potential risks utilizing social and pedagogical strategies
- Uphold operational protocols and quality standards, implementing house regulations
- Foster relationships with residents, neighbors, and partners to ensure a harmonious living environment
By collaborating closely with the team at various F&W locations, you will play a vital role in establishing a safe and nurturing atmosphere for residents.
Your Qualifications:
- Degree in Social Pedagogy, Social Work, Social Management, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Experience in social work and knowledge of relevant methodologies
- Familiarity with assistance for the homeless, migration, and administrative law (preferred)
- Ability to mediate among individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Professional empathy and the ability to set boundaries
- Proficient communication skills in German; additional languages are an advantage
