Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable professional (m/f/d) for our internationally operating industrial client in the Motor/Transmission Technology sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitating product launches by utilizing internal process frameworks and templates in cooperation with the assigned project manager.
  • Gathering information from various departments involved in projects to develop specification documents.
  • Recording and preparing minutes during executive-level steering committees and ensuring alignment with responsible parties.
  • Assisting the department with routine documentation tasks.
  • Contributing to the revision of internal processes and their corresponding documentation.
  • Creating and maintaining company-specific intranet pages and project-oriented SharePoint sites.
Qualifications for Success
  • Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field or an equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English, written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and conscientiously, with a trustworthy approach to handling company information.
  • Experience in designing and managing internal intranet and SharePoint sites is advantageous.
  • Good general technical understanding and quick learning ability.
